Job Description

We are hiring E-Commerce Executive, where you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platform, focusing on product listings, order management, customer service, and website updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on the website (descriptions, images, prices). Assist with inventory management and order processing. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries. Provide customer support via email, chat, or phone. Monitor website performance and assist in optimizing user experience. Help implement promotional campaigns and track performance. Work with the marketing team to ensure accurate product representation.

Requirements:

0-6 months of experience in eCommerce, online retail, or a similar field (fresher candidates are welcome). Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
