Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Platform Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or other relevant sites.
• Create, update, and manage product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and images.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, product pricing, and availability.
2. Product and Content Optimization:
• Continuously optimize product listings, ensuring they are SEO-friendly and aligned with current market trends.
• Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends and implement best practices for product visibility.
3. Sales Strategy & Campaigns:
• Plan and execute online sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
• Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and recommend actions to improve results.
4. Customer Experience & Support:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Digital Marketing & Traffic Generation:
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to drive traffic to e-commerce platforms through PPC campaigns, social media marketing, email campaigns, etc.
• Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to improve e-commerce strategies.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Regularly track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rate, etc.).
7. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, purchasing trends, and competitors.
• Recommend new product categories or ideas based on market insights.
Qualifications:
Fresher:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Experienced:
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other online marketing tools.
• Proven track record of improving sales and conversions on e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
