Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day operations related to our Amazon marketplace. This role involves overseeing product listings, managing order processing, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and a hands-on approach to solving problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage order listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.

2. Handle bulk order listings and updates, maintaining data integrity across platforms.

3. Maintain optimal inventory levels by tracking stock and forecasting demand.

4. Create and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and keywords, to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

5. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and product information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months+ of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically with Amazon Seller Central.
• Proficient in Excel and other data management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
