Key Responsibilities:
• E-commerce Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets, drive traffic, and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer service) to align e-commerce objectives with broader company goals.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across all digital channels (website, marketplaces, social media).
• Website Management & Optimization:
• Oversee daily operations of the online store, ensuring the site is fully functional, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
• Work with web developers and designers to implement website updates, A/B testing, and improvements to user experience (UX).
• Monitor site performance, including speed, functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
• Product Listings & Inventory Management:
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is published on the website, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, stock levels, and timely order fulfillment.
• Sales & Revenue Growth:
• Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and industry trends to drive decision-making and product offerings.
• Drive traffic through paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and SEO optimization.
• Customer Experience & Support:
• Enhance the customer shopping experience by analyzing user behavior, feedback, and satisfaction surveys.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve order issues, product inquiries, and returns efficiently.
• Ensure the checkout process is smooth, secure, and optimized for conversions.
• Marketing & Campaigns:
• Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media advertising.
• Work with the marketing team to develop content, creatives, and digital ads to attract and retain customers.
• Leverage analytics to optimize ad spend and marketing strategies for better ROI.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Regularly track and report on e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, average order value, cart abandonment rate, etc.).
• Provide insights on performance trends and implement data-driven decisions to improve business outcomes.
