E Commerce Executive
Job Description
We're looking for a self motivated and skilled E-Commerce Executive to join our existing team.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and maintaining product uploading, listing, order processing and marketing on online platforms such as e-commerce, Indiamart, etsy, Nykaa and all B2B platforms
• ?Run promotional campaigns in the following portals.
• ?Knowledge of all social media accounts and create content for diamond jewellery brand
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
