Job Title: E-commerce Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to oversee and manage our online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, inventory updates, customer queries, and order processing while ensuring smooth functioning and maximum visibility of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate and attractive product descriptions, images, and pricing across all platforms.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates.
• Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistical issues.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Optimize e-commerce operations for better performance, including SEO for product listings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and tools to enhance the company's online presence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or other online marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts related to e-commerce is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field preferred.
