The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of online marketing strategies to drive sales and ensure the seamless operation of our e-commerce platforms. This role involves managing product listings, monitoring online sales, and coordinating with various departments to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
2. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
3. Set KPIs and objectives for the e-commerce team.
4. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of e-commerce websites.
5. Optimize the user experience to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
6. Manage online product listings, pricing, and promotions.
7. Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices.
8. Report on e-commerce performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
9. Lead and mentor the e-commerce team to achieve business goals.
