Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to customer leads at E commerce channels (India Mart, Amazon, FirstCry, Meesho) and convert it into successful deals.

B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Online sales and Marketing, Digital and Social Medial Sales and Marketing ,Up Sale, Cross Sale, Lead Generation.

Achieve company's E-commerce sales goal and targets monthly

After Sales Service, Customer Support, Customer Relationship

Demonstrate expertise in managing orders, inventories, cataloguing products, and other related operational tasks.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Design, Content, Advertising, Operations, and Customer Service.

Create a superior customer experience by working with the Operations and Finance teams.

Optimization of sales and increased conversion rates.

Troubleshoot e-commerce issues and solicit across all channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Experience:

• E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
• India Mart, Amazon, FirstCry, Meesho: 1 year (Preferred)
• B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• B2C Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Inventory management: 1 year (Preferred)
• cataloguing products: 1 year (Preferred)
