We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence across various platforms including Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle product listings and ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and specifications.
• Manage orders efficiently, ensuring timely processing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stock availability.
• Conduct regular analysis of sales data and trends to optimize product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated with industry trends and platform developments to implement best practices for e-commerce operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency in managing online platforms such as Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, and Amazon.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
