E Commerce Executive Fresher/exerienced
Job Description
Manage end to end process for eCommerce portal www.sportskhel.com.
• Upload, update and delete products from the portal.
• Research for the products to be uploaded on Portals. Develop/write content for eCommerce website.
• Coordinating with the team for Order Process, Packing and Stock Maintenance.
• Coordinating with Customers for Order, Clarifications and Complaints.
• Reply to customer queries.
Skills Required:
• Magento knowledge
• Good Written communication Skills
• Ability to write E-mails
• Candidate must have good knowledge in MS - Office tools (Excel)
• Work on photoshop
Office Timing:
• 10 Am to 7.30 PM - Monday to Saturday
Note: This is not a work from home job. Candidates who are from Chennai are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
