Experience - 1-2 Years in Ecommerce Administrations - Female Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing and Packaging
• Manage product inventory & maintain record of product in and out.
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries
• Maintain detailed records of packed orders
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Procure packaging material from different vendors
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, mail).
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
• Assist with Shoots & Videos - Creating videos and reels for social media platforms
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelors degree from a reputed university
• Additional certification or coursework in office administration or related fields can be beneficial.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Should have interest in photography
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday - 9:30 - 6:00
Saturday - 9:30 - 2:00
