Job Description
Success of an e-commerce business by optimizing operations and improving the customer experience.
- Managing operations : Overseeing the website, product listings, inventory, orders, payments, and customer service
- Improving customer experience : Ensuring the product is suitable for the target region and enhancing the customer experience
- Managing marketing : Developing marketing campaigns and testing marketing ideas
-Collaborating with teams : Working with sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, and product development to ensure smooth operations
- Creating product listings : Curating product listings for the company website and marketplaces
- Analyzing performance : Analyzing listing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Reporting : Delivering regular reports and analysis of web traffic, sales, and conversion metrics
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?10,000.74 - ?12,000.25 per month
