Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic

E-Commerce Executive

to manage and enhance our online sales across multiple platforms like

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, ShopClues, and other marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, order processing, promotions, and analytics to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

Manage product listings, catalog updates, pricing, inventory, and promotions across various e-commerce platforms.

Order & Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

SEO & Content Optimization:

Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for better visibility and ranking.

Advertising & Promotions:

Plan and execute PPC campaigns, discounts, and deals to boost sales.

Customer Support:

Handle customer queries, reviews, and complaints to enhance brand reputation.

Sales Analysis & Reporting:

Track sales performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements to increase revenue.

Competitor Analysis:

Monitor competitors' pricing, product listings, and strategies to stay ahead.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in managing online marketplaces. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce tools. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
