About the Job

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow the company's online sales and presence. You will work with marketing, sales, and digital teams to drive online revenue, optimize product listings, and enhance the customer experience across multiple platforms. You will be involved in overseeing various aspects of the e-commerce operations, including website and other marketplaces management, product listing optimization, customer acquisition and retention, and digital marketing campaigns.

Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Manage and update the company's online store and product catalogs.
• Optimize product listings and ensure accurate and high-quality content across marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc.).
• Use Google Analytics to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Created and managed product listings and content for e-commerce portals.
• Monitor product sales and update pricing, deals, and promotions.
• Work with cross-functional teams (product, graphics, sales) to update content and ensure consistency.
• Maintain relationships with marketplace point of contact (POC).
• Maintain marketing calendar and manage pricing/Coupons/Deals accordingly
• Knowledge of Listing, Updating, and Uploading Product Data / Specifications.
• Oversee the product content presented on Website Marketplaces.
• Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized.

Requirements and Skills:

• Knowledgeable of the e-commerce space, including marketing strategies, leading e-Commerce website builders (e.g. Shopify, Elementor), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in managing e-commerce websites/portals.
• Familiarity with web design and content optimization.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and communication skills.

Salary: Rs. 20,000- 30,000 per month
