We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Team Leader and account manager located in New Delhi. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the e-commerce team. This includes overseeing the account management on various platforms, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and effectively communicating with team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Managing Key Accounts: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales and revenue growth through key accounts by identifying opportunities and developing strategies.
Product and Service Understanding: Have a deep understanding of the products and services offered, as well as the industry and market trends.
Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate contracts and terms with key accounts to maximize profitability and meet company objectives.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the needs of key accounts are met.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts in a timely and effective manner.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to management on key account performance and activities.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction among key accounts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related or any field.
Proven experience in key account management, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of the ecommerce industry and marketplace dynamics.
