Job Title: E-Commerce and Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive E-Commerce and Social Media Executive to join our company. The ideal candidate will manage all e-commerce platforms, handle order processing, and maintain a strong and engaging social media presence for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management:

• Manage all e-commerce platforms (e.g. Wesite , Amazon, flipcart, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
• Process, track, and fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Update product listings, and coordinate restocking with relevant teams.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance online visibility and sales.
• Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and recommend strategies to improve online sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure excellent customer service.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, and post engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
• Respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain a positive relationship with the audience.
• Stay updated on trends in social media and e-commerce to implement innovative strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce management and social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is advantageous.
