Job Overview:

We are seeking a Website Handler with experience in Shopify and a strong background in social media management and content editing, content creation[like reels, post & stories. The role involves managing our Shopify site, product listing updating content in shopify, and handling day-to-day social media activities to help grow our online presence and engage with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce executive:

• Manage and update our Shopify website, ensuring it reflects the latest products, promotions, and updates.

• Customize Shopify themes, layouts, and settings as needed to improve user experience.

• Maintain site health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure fast loading times and mobile responsiveness.

• Product listing in shopify.

• Content creation in all social media platform.

• Implement basic SEO practices to optimize product and content visibility.

• Track website analytics and report on performance trends and improvements.

• Social Media Management & Content Editing:

Develop and implement social media content calendars aligned with company goals.

Create, edit, and post engaging content across social media channels, ensuring brand consistency.

Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages to build relationships.

Monitor social media metrics to assess engagement and growth, and provide regular reports.

Collaborate with team members to refine strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing and updating Shopify websites.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid for Shopify customization.

Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Proficiency in content editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.

Excellent written communication and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.

Ability to multitask and handle both website and social media responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other e-commerce platforms or CMS.

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Knowledge of basic SEO practices and Google Analytics.
