The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online sales platforms. From account creation to daily operations, you will oversee product listings, optimize search rankings, create promotions, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, manage, and optimize seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
• Create, manage, and optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, keywords, and pricing.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve conversion rates and sales performance.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including sales, discounts, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policy changes, and competitor analysis.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage reviews and ratings for optimal customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Implement SEO strategies to boost product visibility and rankings.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and KPIs.
