E Commerce Executive
Job Description
Job Summary:
We're seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage our online store, drive sales, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage product listings, descriptions, and images.
2. Process orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues.
3. Analyze sales data, track inventory, and optimize product offerings.
4. Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
5. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
6. Collaborate with teams to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
8. Develop and manage content (blog posts, social media, etc.).
9. Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations.
