Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Expert to drive the growth and performance of our online marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce management, D2C brand development, and scaling digital platforms. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, improving user experience, and driving sales to meet ambitious revenue targets for both our corporate gifting solutions and the D2C brands we promote.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management.
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing product pages, implementing digital marketing campaigns, and improving the overall user experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates for both B2B (corporate gifting and onboarding kits) and B2C (D2C brands).
• Achieve defined sales and revenue targets for the platform, ensuring consistent growth in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of brand promotions, special offers, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyze website performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
• Manage relationships with D2C brands to ensure their products are effectively showcased and sales targets are met.
• Provide input on UX/UI improvements and collaborate with developers for website enhancements.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product availability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role, preferably in a marketplace or D2C-focused platform.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of corporate gifting and onboarding solutions is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to think strategically and implement hands-on solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
