Job Summary

Thorough knowledge of the E-commerce activities and platforms

The candidate will be fully responsible for the various online marketplace activities

Working Knowledge of Product listing creation, listing optimisation, order processing, dispatching and other logistic issues.

Comparisons of prices on various portals

Competition price analysis

To collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience and explore new growth opportunities.

Other day-to-day activities for the e-commerce business of the clients

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Ecommerce platforms

Minimum 1yrs. if experience in handling e-commerce account management and operations.

Analytical Skills and Ability to interpret data

Experience in Account Management and Customer Relationship Management

Sales and Sales Management skills

Should be able to work with minimal supervision, be proactive and self-reliant

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Education: Bachelor's (Required)

Learning curve and Benefits
