About Our Flagship Retail Store at Kirti Nagar-New Delhi

Exotic India has launched a one-of-a-kind showroom in Kirti Nagar, spread over 9000 sq ft of retail space. The showroom enjoys a premium location on the main road and is expected to attract heavy footfall. It is targeted towards Upper Middle Class and High Net-worth individuals. Products showcased include Home Decor, Religious and secular statuary, art paintings, and other curated handmade objects. Prices range from a few hundred Rupees to several lakhs.

We are currently looking for a professional E-Commerce Merchandiser who prides themselves on online content management and can work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure that the listing at website runs seamlessly from the shopper's perspective.
• Responsibilities include inserting and monitoring SKU's and ensuring that all product listing are displayed accurately including product attributes, accurate colors, fabric details, size, classification of products, pricing calculation.
• Monitors the customer journey throughout the digital shopping experience and performs other duties related to user experience and customer experience.
• Work closely with the inventory team to ensure that front end sales numbers match the inventory accounting.
• Continually check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites in terms of product listing and visibility and make recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible for accurate feeding of products with continuous approach of checking of inventory.
• Coordinate with Vendor for al procurement purposes- follow up for timely receiving of products without any sale loss, negotiation of price etc.
• Raising of PO and following guidelines of accounts for further procurement.
• Responsible for maintaining good repute/visibility of products by continuous monitoring various sites for further correcting surplus/deactivated images.
• Maintain advertisement campaigns on Amazon & other marketplaces.
• Any other duties as and when directed by seniors/reporting managers.

Who Can Apply?

• Graduate and above

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the Ecommerce Industry/Project.

• The candidate should have experience in driving sales growth on Amazon.com.

• Computer Savvy, strong bias for action, and ability to prioritize

• An understanding of and passion for e-commerce, with a Go-Getter attitude

• Ability to use hard data and metrics to make and support decisions

• Proficiency in team management and interpersonal skills is a must.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
