Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop account strategies to grow revenue and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to address client needs effectively.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
Problem-solving abilities and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
