We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales and presence on various E-commerce platforms.

This role requires a deep understanding of E-commerce operations, market analysis, order management, SEO

strategies, and product listing optimization.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Reporting:

? Conduct thorough research on E-commerce trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.

? Prepare clear reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

2. Order Management:

? Handle order processing and fulfillment on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our own websites.

? Ensure orders are processed accurately and promptly, and resolve any customer issues.

3. Ecommerce Strategy:

? Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and improve customer engagement.

? Collaborate with teams to plan promotions, pricing strategies, and product launches.

4. SEO and Product Optimization:

? Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales on E-commerce platforms.

? Use SEO techniques to enhance product discoverability within platform search engines.

5. Platform Onboarding:

? Lead the setup process for new E-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

? Coordinate with teams and partners to ensure smooth integration and launch.

6. Performance Analysis:

? Monitor E-commerce metrics like sales, traffic, and customer interactions.

? Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience with digital marketing and social media advertising.

3. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

4. Certification in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing is a plus.

5. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

8. Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
