The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience. This role involves overseeing daily operations, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve online sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
• Identify target audiences and devise strategies to engage them effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Content Creation and Management:
• Create and curate compelling and relevant content for various marketplaces
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
• Plan, set up, and manage advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
