Experience : 1 to 3 yrs. in E-commerce

(Technical Knowledge must be able to handle e-commerce independently)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Upload new products to amazon seller portal.

Inventory updates for the existing catalogues listed on a daily basis

Manage the daily operations for ecommerce orders invoicing, orders dispatch and fulfilment

Packaging of daily orders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good knowledge of E-commerce operation like order processing, dispatch, stock management etc. on Amazon,ETSY, Flipkart, etc.
• Good knowledge of excel.
• Order processing and dispatch of products, RTO, Track shipment etc.
• Address customer complaints and disputes.
• Mark products out of stock whenever they are unavailable for Sale & maintain the stock amount.
• Knowledge of WooCommerce & Shiprocket software is desirable.
• Handling & Promoting Social media accounts.
• Good writing English

Active and ready to lead

1-2 yrs. experience in same field

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Amazon Listing, Updating / Uploading Product Data / Specifications
• Good verbal & written communication
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
