Handle Order process & RTO Department.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear term goals & Oversee day-to-day operation.
Suggest and organize team-building activities.
Listen to Team members\' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Excellent written English
Overall office management.
Must have knowledge about Shopify
Must have knowledge about FB ads campaign
