Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and on-time order fulfillment.

2.Analyze sales data and customer trends using Microsoft Excel to identify growth opportunities.

3.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize product visibility, pricing, and promotions.

4.Monitor e-commerce platforms to ensure optimal website functionality and resolve technical issues promptly.

5.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and sales.

6. Explore and execute digital marketing initiatives such as Google Ads, SEO, and social media campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

1.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

2.Experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role (preferred). Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (a bonus).

3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive actionable insights. Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
