1. Website Management

  • Overseeing Website Operations: Ensuring the website runs smoothly, including managing uptime and performance.
  • Content Management: Updating product descriptions, images, and other content to keep the site engaging and accurate.
  • User Experience: Ensuring the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for various devices.
2. Product Management
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the supply chain to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Product Listings: Creating and managing product listings, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to customers.
3. Marketing and Sales
  • Digital Marketing: Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Promotions and Discounts: Designing and implementing promotional offers and discounts to attract and retain customers.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data and web analytics to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for growth.
4. Customer Service
