Job Description

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce account manager to manage and optimize our presence across numerous online channels, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and others. The ideal applicant will have extensive knowledge of e-commerce operations, listing management, customer service, and sales strategies for driving growth and improving the customer experience.

• Manage accounts on many e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
• Implement tactics to improve product visibility and drive sales.
• Listing and Catalog Management: Add new product listings and edit product details, photos, and pricing.
• Maintain well-organized and accurate product catalogs, including categorization and tagging.
• Optimize sales performance by analyzing data and metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Implement tactics for improving rankings, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
• Customer Support and Reviews: Manage client inquiries, feedback, and complaints across many platforms. Encourage and retain favorable evaluations while successfully responding to and resolving negative criticism.
• Maintain detailed case logs and promptly handle consumer complaints. Collaborate with internal teams to overcome technical or operational difficulties that impact sales or the customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of platform policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and adherence.
