We are seeking a motivated and skilled E-commerce Executive to join our team and help manage and optimize our clients' online retail presence.

As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations on platforms such as Amazon.com, Amazon.in, and Flipkart. You will play a key role in enhancing product visibility, driving sales, and optimizing the customer experience. If you're passionate about e-commerce and have experience with these platforms, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Oversee and manage e-commerce accounts on Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings for accuracy and visibility.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Customer Experience: Enhance user experience by optimizing product pages, descriptions, and images.
• Inventory Coordination: Work with inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely updates.
• Reporting: Generate performance reports and recommend strategies for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, specifically Amazon and Flipkart.
• Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organizational skills.
