Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement E-commerce Growth Strategies:
? Formulate and execute effective e-commerce growth strategies to expand the customer base and capitalize on new business opportunities.
2. Optimize E-commerce Journey:
? Enhance the end-to-end e-commerce experience, from lead generation and conversion to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
3. Manage E-commerce Platforms:
? Oversee and maintain e-commerce platforms including Amazon.in, Amazon.com, Flipkart, and Meesho. Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory to maximize sales potential.
4. Enhance Customer Experience:
? Collaborate closely with marketing, content creation, and customer service teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
? Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, initiate outreach efforts, and cultivate strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
? Utilize analytics tools to analyze e-commerce performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
7. Product Demonstration and Sales:
? Utilize sales data and product knowledge to effectively demonstrate product value to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
8. Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:
? Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas for enhancement. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
