Key Responsibilities:- Lead the creative direction for product photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring they align with the brand's aesthetic and storytelling goals.- Approve final product images, banners, and social media content before they go live.- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to execute visually compelling content.- Maintain consistency in visual communication across all ecommerce channels, including website, marketplaces, and social media.- Develop and implement guidelines for product presentation, styling, and visual merchandising.- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize images and visuals for promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.- Analyze visual performance metrics and recommend improvements for engagement and conversion.- Keep up with industry trends and competitors to ensure our brand remains visually appealing and innovative.Qualifications & Skills:- 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, ecommerce content management, or a similar creative role.- Strong understanding of photography, videography, and design aesthetics.- Experience in directing photoshoots and selecting final images for ecommerce and marketing purposes.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) is a plus.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design.- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
