Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-commerce Catalog Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online product catalog across various e-commerce platforms. This role involves ensuring accurate product listings, coordinating with different departments, and contributing to the overall online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing Management: Create, update, and maintain product listings on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring all information is accurate, comprehensive, and appealing.
• Content Optimization: Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team, and ensure product availability across all channels.
• Quality Assurance: Regularly review product listings for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and optimize product listings accordingly.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and inventory teams to gather necessary information and assets for product listings.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze product performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Customer Feedback: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing concerns and making necessary adjustments to product listings.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management or a similar role.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the gifting industry and trends is a plus.
