E-Commerce Business Associate (In Office)
We are looking for a proactive and experienced E-Commerce Business Associate to work in office and manage key e-commerce activities, with a focus on Amazon account management and Excel expertise. The ideal candidate should excel at increasing sales, predicting trends, and optimizing product listings with offers and discounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Remotely manage and optimize listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, etc.
• Use Excel for data analysis, inventory management, and sales predictions.
• Increase sales by optimizing listings, running promotions, and implementing offers and discounts.
• Conduct competitor analysis and manage PPC strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries.
• Forecast sales trends and work with the team to implement e-commerce strategies focused on growth.
• Coordinate supply chain management and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.
• Expertise in Excel for sales forecasting, data management, and reporting.
• Proven ability to increase sales and manage promotional offers.
• Excellent skills in inventory management, PPC advertising, and customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
This is a full-time remote position.
