Job Title: E-commerce Backend Operations Executive

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end order processing systems, ensuring seamless integration with e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance system functionalities for smooth operations. Oversee backend processes related to inventory tracking, SKU management, and stock replenishment. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within e-commerce operations workflows. Streamline processes and adopt best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee maintenance, updates, and performance of backend systems, including order management and inventory management software. Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for backend operations. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize backend supply chain processes and ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Operations Management, or any related field (preferred). Minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in backend e-commerce operations, preferably in a retail environment. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order processing systems, and inventory management processes. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
