Job Title: Ecommerce B2B Sales Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Ecommerce B2B Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and pursue potential B2B clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences (as required).
Prerequisites:
• Education: Graduation mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi
• Shift Timings: 6 days working with 1 day rotational off; Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Selection Process:
• Direct Interview: Assessment of communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• AMCAT Test: Score of 38 or above
• Typing Test: 20 words per minute with 85% accuracy
• Operations Round: Stability checks
