Key Responsibilities:
• E-commerce Operations:
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's e-commerce platforms, including [specific platforms, e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.].
• Update and optimize product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Sales & Marketing Strategies:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive online traffic and increase sales.
• Create and manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Monitor performance metrics and ROI of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Inventory & Order Management:
• Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Analyze sales trends and recommend stock replenishment plans.
• Customer Experience:
• Ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to e-commerce.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align branding and promotional efforts.
• Liaise with external vendors and partners for platform development and digital marketing initiatives.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
