Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated

E-Commerce Assistant

to assist in managing online marketplaces, product listings, order processing, and customer queries. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in listing and managing products on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
? Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility.
? Support order processing, inventory management, and coordination with logistics partners.
? Monitor customer queries and assist in resolving issues.
? Assist in analyzing sales data and preparing performance reports.
? Work closely with the digital marketing team on promotions and campaigns.
? Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Basic understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
