Job Description

Ochron is looking for a very enthusiastic and outgoing e-commerce executive who would be responsible for all the e-commerce operations of the company.

This is an exciting opportunity in Ahmedabad, India for an e-commerce executive. We are looking for enthusiastic e-commerce to join our team and provide creative ideas and strategies to boost sales awareness, applications, and conversion.

Responsibilities and Duties
Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

• Responsible for managing Seller Portals like Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm, Myntra, Shop clues, Jabong, Tata Cliq, etc.
• Amazon sponsored products/Ads. Maintain a list of targeted keywords for all products and execute a long term raking strategy.
• You will work with different online platforms, responsible for planning, creating and analyzing metrics dashboards following traffic, ACOS, click-through, conversion, adoption and other web metrics.
• Developing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales on all the different platforms
• Preparing Deals and promotion of the products and arranging all the artwork needed.
• Responsible for revenue growth.
• Manage sales numbers and complete P&L portfolio for the platforms
• Manage pricing strategy.
• Arranging photoshoots of all the SKU, along with all the product descriptions and other contents.
• Take responsibility of all the listings on all the e-commerce platforms and our own website.
• Manage our own e-commerce website.
• Design and Execute Roadmaps for Product launch, Promotions & other campaigns on different Market places.
• Listing and finalizing the right description, images, and title for products.
• Working with the customer support team to identify which products/categories working best and ideas for improvements
• Marketing to Social media platforms.
• Checking the availability of competitive products and comparing the price and quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Post-graduation in the relevant field is preferred
• Capable of balancing user and business needs while. remaining flexible in a fast-changing start-up environment.
• Experience of working in early-stage start-ups.
• Determination and perseverance.
• Relationship management skills.
• A strong focus on results.
• A high degree of business acumen.
• Knowledge of all the different e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Willing to work in a collaborative workspace in a startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?210,000.00 - ?320,000.00 per year
