About The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic

Ecommerce Executive

to join

HoneyVeda

, our fast-growing natural honey brand. This role is a mix of

customer support, order processing, and operational tasks

, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers from order placement to post-delivery support.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Manage daily order processing and coordinate with logistics partners (currently using Delhivery). Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders, minimizing delays and errors. Handle RTO (Return to Origin) orders efficiently and reduce return rates. Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with courier services.

Customer Support & Engagement

Address customer queries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Manage reviews and feedback, encouraging positive engagement. Follow up on abandoned carts and incomplete checkouts to boost conversions. Assist in resolving complaints and processing refunds/replacements when necessary.

Operational Work & Reporting

Maintain records of orders, returns, and customer interactions. Prepare reports on sales performance, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve customer experience. Assist in listing new products, updating stock levels, and ensuring accurate product details on the website.
