We are hiring an E-commerce and Accounts Executive to handle backend coordination with e-commerce platforms and provide accounting support to our internal team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of e-commerce processes, basic accounting principles, and proficiency in MS Excel. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multi-departmental tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Coordination

• Communicate with backend teams of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) to resolve issues related to listings, inventory, and order processing.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure accurate inventory updates and smooth order management.
• Track and report on platform activities, including order status and return management.

2. Accounting Support

• Assist the accounts department with e-commerce transaction reconciliations.
• Help with GST filings, TDS documentation, and other compliance-related tasks.
• Support month-end financial closures and audits by providing necessary data and reports.

3. Documentation and Data Management

• Maintain organized records of invoices, purchase orders, and e-commerce-related transactions.
• Use MS Excel to prepare and update reports, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting tools
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and financial principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
