Vertiv - eCommerce Analyst/Developer The eCommerce Analyst/Developer plays a major role in the Vertiv digital transformation journey. You will consult with partners to capture business objectives and ensure that solutions accurately meet business user\'s goals. You will design, build, test, and support integrations focused on eCommerce with Vertiv partners to automate and improve business transactions. Responsibilities Analysis & development within our Oracle environment using SOA, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), and EBS applications to enable eCommerce automation between our partners and our ERP systems. Onboarding & Support activities including testing, implementation, and ongoing monitoring and support. Collaboration within our business, partners, VANs, Network Providers, and IT teams globally. Qualifications Basic Bachelor\'s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 5-10 years of professional IT experience. At least 3 years of integration (SOA and OIC) development experience. Preferred Thorough understanding of ANSI X-12 and EDIFACT documents & mapping experience. Experience mapping data for the following B2B transactions: Purchase Order, Purchase Order Confirmation, Advanced Ship Notice, and Invoice. At least 2 years of SOA and OIC development experience At least 2 years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience Some knowledge of EBS (Oracle E-Business Suite) Order Management, Shipping Execution, or other applications Experience with API gateway systems like Apigee or Azure API. Working knowledge of API standard languages like Swagger and Open API Strong analytical and communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple teams and vendors Experience writing business & technical requirement specifications, test cases. Project management experience. Proven experience with ITIL processes a plus. Strong facilitation and communication skills strong attention to detail strong written and verbal communication skills across business and technical audiences, including presentation skills strong organizing and planning skills with proven ability to multi-task analysis and problem-solving skills negotiation skills ability to work with minimal direction and supervision. Demonstrated ability to organize workload, prioritize, multitask, think analytically, solve technical problems, and establish relationships across business and IT team members.
