Job Title: E-commerce Administrative Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Administrative Executive to support and streamline our online retail operations. This role involves handling various administrative tasks related to e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing orders, tracking inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, an understanding of e-commerce processes, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:-
Order Management:
• Monitor, process, and track customer orders across e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate shipping information.
• Handle order cancellations, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Product Listings & Content Management:
• Update and maintain accurate product information, including descriptions, prices, and stock availability.
• Upload new products and ensure all listings are optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Work with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns on the e-commerce site.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers for restocking.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the system to ensure product availability.
• Generate reports on inventory levels and sales trends.
Customer Service:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve any customer issues or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
Data Entry & Reporting:
• Input sales data, customer information, and order details into the e-commerce system.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the e-commerce business's performance.
Administrative Support:
• Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments, such as logistics, marketing, and finance.
• Maintain e-commerce documentation, including sales orders, invoices, and customer communication.
• Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings or training sessions related to e-commerce activities.
Platform Maintenance:
• Support the daily maintenance of the e-commerce website and other online platforms.
• Ensure that the website functions smoothly, including handling issues related to product displays, payment gateways, and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
• Proven experience in e-commerce administration or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and e-commerce platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO and online marketing principles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with order management software and e-commerce tools.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
Working Conditions:
