Position: - E-commerce Account Manager
Location: Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Amazon/Flipkart Seller Account Management
• Advertisement Management for Amazon Flipkart seller portal
• Deal and Promotion creation in the Amazon & Flipkart portal
• Business Report Analytics in the Amazon & Flipkart seller portal
• Profit and loss calculation for the Amazon & Flipkart portal
• Strong customer relationship management
• Inventory forecast suggestions to clients
• Monitor and analyze competitor listings to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for improvement
• Consulting with clients to determine their advertising needs and preferences.
• Discussing ideas and advertising strategies with clients and assisting them in developing advertising campaigns.
• Liaising with clients to organize promotional events that fit in with the goals of the marketing campaign.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, BA, BCOM, BCA, or BSE
• At least 1 year of experience in ecommerce industry will be preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, CRM, Call, Email, WhatsApp
• Located in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
• Superb creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to cope with pressure and keep to tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
