E-Commerce Account Manager

Reporting to: Marketplace Director

About E-Motive:

EMOTIV is a trusted service provider for multichannel solutions worldwide.

We provide outsourced services to sellers, brands, and manufacturers such as Inventory, Data Optimization, Account Management, Customer Service and Web Development. We want to enable them to represent themselves on multichannel e-commerce platforms.

As a Frontend React Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces using React.js. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create intuitive, responsive, and efficient web applications. Your role will involve translating design wireframes into high-quality code and building reusable components and front-end libraries.

Account Manager

We are on the lookout for enthusiasm, passion and bags of personality to add to our team. The ideal candidate should possess a knowledge of online marketplaces including Amazon and other online retailers , be entrepreneurial and operate with a high level of ownership and demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong client management skills and be able to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced work environment.

Role Overview

A highly organized individual, who can take control, adhere to deadlines, follow up. A person who can manage customer expectations as well as customer requests.

An ideal candidate is educated to degree level or equivalent, or with one year's relevant and referenceable work experience in a similar role within digital marketing, advertising or other SAAS products

Responsibilities

Responsible for a wide range of activities including but not limited to:

? Onboard clients creating Scope of work documentation

? Build long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, account growth, be a trusted advisor

? Liaise with other internal departments and coordinate team efforts

? Manage client requests and team tasks

? Develop Marketplace account strategy

? Marketplace accounts reputation management

? Monitor customer performance and provide performance reports

? Gaging client satisfaction and product improvement ideas

? Upsell additional products and services

? Be proactive in sharing insights and ideas to the management

? Stay current on industry / technical trends, development.

Skills - Must have

? Excellent English, superior written and verbal communication skills

? Understanding E-Commerce and Marketplaces

? Experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay

? Strong organizational and workload management skills, prioritizing, scheduling, time management, meeting deadlines

? Strong attention to detail

? Experience in a customer-facing environment

? Conversant with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

? Comfort and confidence interacting with clients, with timely follow-up and urgency

? Strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation and positive attitude

? Able to work with globally distributed teams

Skills - Nice to have

? Additional Languages

? Experience of social media channels - Linked-In, Twitter etc.

? Strong desire to work in a dynamic, responsive, fast-paced organization

Education

? Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a related field

? English - C1/C2
