E-Com Customer Support and Sales
Salary : - CTC offers 3-4.5 lacs.
Experience : - 4-8 years work experience in Ecommerce or B2B companies.
KRA: - 1. Manage incoming leads and calls.
2. Customer and Client Support for ecommerce and projects leads
3. Conversion of leads
4. MUST have experience with Interiors/furniture/Consumer Brands/Ecommerce companies.
SKILL SET: - Advanced excel , basic seller panel knowledge for Amazon/Flipkart/Shopify, Good spoken and written English with Email writing, good with customer communication. Should be able to handle client complaints and after sales service. Should be versed with software's such as fresh desk, my operator, HUBSPOT, zoho, India Mart or similar CRM software. male or female. I
