Name of the company: Healthwatch Telediagnostics Pvt. Ltd. (Knowledge Process Outsourcing Services Division)

Role: ECG Analyst (Trainee) in the international healthcare domain.

Nature of work: This is a technical and back office-based role involving cardiac ECG interpretation and reporting.

Location: New Delhi

Timings: Variable, with multiple shifts 24x7

Education: B.Sc or M.sc in Zoology, B.Sc. Bio Technology, M.Sc Bio Technology, B.Sc. Microbiology, M.Sc. Microbiology, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Biotechnology or Medical Electronics.

Eligibility: The CGPA should be 7.5 or above. Students who have academic backlogs or arrears are not eligible regardless of CGPA.

Hiring for 2024 Batch only.

Experience: No prior experience desired. We seek freshers with a passion for the healthcare sector, particularly the cardiac rhythm domain, with a hunger to learn and excel.

Recruitment process and compensation:

1. Selected candidates will be put into an evaluation programme for three weeks,

in which they will undertake classroom coaching on Anatomy and Physiology

along with basic cardiac subjects. No fees are charged and nor is any stipend

payable during this period.

2. At the end of the fourth week, paid traineeship will be offered for those who are

selected from the classroom coaching for a period of four months, with a

stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month.

3. During the course of training or immediately after training, the candidates will

undergo an international accreditation to become a Certified Cardiographic

Technician (CCT) which is a part of the job process and all the cost for this will

be borne by the organisation. CCT is mandatory for this job. Please note that

unsuccessful candidates and candidates with unsatisfactory performance

during the training period will be released from engagement.

4. Successful candidates are absorbed onto the permanent payroll. The starting

Total cost to company (TCTC) for employees will be Rs. 2, 97,000 per annum in

addition to incentives and other benefits applicable from time to time.
