You will also be required to interact with customers on our social media channels to address queries and ensure consistent communication of our brand message.Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include :1. Monitor, respond to, and manage online reviews on various platforms2. Create and manage content for social media platforms and website3. Interact with customers on various social media channels4. Analyze customer feedback and create reports5.
