Program Management: In large-scale programs, work with business and functional leaders to define and achieve tangible and measurable business outcomes.
Issue and Risk Management: Identify, track, and work with teams to resolve project issues; manage project risks using quality tools to identify areas of concern and develop solutions.
Budget and Resource Management: Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and provide input into project plans and timelines. Manage resources effectively, including expense and headcount planning.
Team Leadership: Guide and coach project team members through various stages of the project, providing developmental feedback and coaching other Project Managers.
Communication: Monitor and communicate project status to the project team and stakeholders, ensuring that project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

QUALIFICATIONSExperience:
12-15 years of experience in supply chain management or a related function, with significant experience in leading new business startups or supply chain setups. Prior experience with supply chain systems is essential.
